領取／代領及郵寄選手包及完賽禮品包須知 

​

親自領取

1. 需出示相關參加者的附有號碼布編號確認電郵

2. 需即時簽收

3. 選手包及完成禮品均不設退換 （大會根據參賽者在報名時選定的尺碼安排訂購，一經報名，所有尺碼不設更改，基於衛生理由亦不設試穿 

4. 注意：如參賽者未能出示所需資料、逾期或未能於指定限期內領取選手包及完賽禮品包，則將被視作自行放棄領取權利，大會將不另行通知 

 

代領

如未能於指定時段內領取選手包及完賽禮品包，可授權他人代為領取，代領人可為多於一人代領取以上禮品，並請準備以下資料作代領安排：

1. 需出示相關參加者的確認電郵( 列印或電子版  列印本或電子版本均可）

2. 電子授權表格（詳情請按以下連結 ）

3. 注意：如參賽者未能出示所需資料、逾期或未能於指定限期內領取選手包及完賽禮品包，則將被視作自行放棄領取權利，大會將不另作通知

郵寄服務 

1. 只限順豐快遞到付

2. 參加者需以電郵通知大會選用郵寄服務，並需附上參加者號碼確認之電郵（原信或截圖均可）

3. 須電子簽收確認身份（以下是表格）

4. 注意：如未能在指定日期領取選手包或完成禮品，將不會另作通知或處理

 

Race Pack and Finisher Gift Set Collection 

 

In-person

1. Please show the participant's Notification email with Race bib

2. Sign upon pickup

3. No return and exchange for the race pack and finisher gifts ( Size will base on the submitted application form. Another size will be provided if the size requested is out of stock. No try-on due to the hygiene reason. 

4. Attentions : In the event that a participant fails to collect his/her race pack and/or gift set before the deadline stipulated by the organiser, the participant shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the race pack and/or gift set. Late redemption will not be accepted. The organiser reserves the absolute rights to handle the related prize.

By Representative

IIf you are unable to collect the Race Pack and/or Finisher Gift Set Collection during the above-mentioned period, you may authorize a representative to collect on your behalf. Please kindly prepare the following information for your representative during collection:

​

1. Bring a copy (print or digital) of the confirmation email of the according participant.

2. Digital aurtherization form (download here*link)

3. In the event that a participant fails to collect his/her race pack and/or gift set before the deadline stipulated by the organiser, the participant shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the ace pack and/or gift set. Late redemption will not be accepted. The organiser reserves the absolute rights to handle the related prize.

By Postal 

1. SF Express only and pay upon delivery

2. Participant is required to email the Organiser for choosing the postal service, and please attach the original email or screen capture of the email showing the participant’s number bib.

3. An E-signature is required by the recipient (Below see the form)

4. In the event that a participant fails to collect his/her race pack and/or gift set before the deadline stipulated by the organiser, the participant shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the ace pack and/or gift set. Late redemption will not be accepted. The organiser reserves the absolute rights to handle the related prize.

報名程序

​

1. 參加者請按 「立即報名」鍵報名，報名時，填上個人資料。完成報名程序後，將收到確認電郵。

​

2. 請依照指示領取選手包。 

 

3.於2021年10月1日至10月31日期間，帶同號碼布、合適及至愛的越野跑／行山裝備一次過完成指定路線。有關跑步紀錄必須透過GPS手錶或手機作記錄（完成後須把跑步連結上載），參加者必須在路線上4個指定位置，拍攝共4幅照片，照片內需要清晰顯示參加者號碼布編號及位置景觀。

 

4. 參加者必須於2021年10月31日或前登入

使用編輯碼上載完成時間、跑步紀錄連結及照片。參加者完成次數不限，惟必須於截止上載日期前完成上載，已上載之成績，一經確認後不能更改，最終成績將以截止上載日期時的成績為準。

5. 請依照指示領取完賽禮品包，逾期領取不會作任何通知或安排。

Application Procedure 

​

1. Please click “Register Now” to apply for the race, and receive the confirmation email after submitting the application form.

 

2. Please follow the above-mentioned procedures in regards to the collection of the Race Pack.

​

3.Participants need to complete the whole course in one-time completion or segmented completion during 1st October to 31st October 2021 with the number bib and suitable running outfit and equipment, there is no time limit for completion. Please note that the running record must be recorded through a GPS watch or mobile phone and uploaded to the system after completion. Participants are required to take in total of 4 photos in the four designated locations, the photos must  clearly show the number bib and surrounding scenery for  identification.

 

4. Participants have to log in to

to  upload the result, photos, and running record link on or before 31 Oct 2021.Participant can run the whole course as many times as possible. All result upload must be completed before the result upload deadline. Please note that once the result is confirmed, it cannot be amended. The final result will be based on the result at deadline.

5. Please follow the above-mentioned procedures in regards to the collection of the Race Pack and Finisher Gift Set.  Any unclaimed prizes beyond the redemption period will be forfeited.
