規則及注意事項
Rules and Special Notices:

  • 個人成績須以總時間/經過時間(Elapsed Time)計算,移動時間並不適用。(Moving Time / running time) Record can only be uploaded once. The Organizer understands the varies on routes and distances recorded by different watches and mobile phones hence will have a certain level of flexibility in verifying the results.

  • 路線沿途不設補給站。建議參加者帶備不少於2000ml飲料及適量食物補充,或安排支援,是次活動准許其他人沿途進行支援。請帶備身份證、少量現金($200)、八達通及設本地通訊的手提電話。There are no supply stations along the route. Participants are recommended to bring no less than 2000ml of drinks and appropriate amount of food supplements, or to arrange support, as we allow third parties to support along the way. Please bring your ID card, a small amount of cash ($200), OCTOPUS and a mobile phone with local network.

  • 建議大家穿著越野跑鞋,使用手套及行山杖參加。請注意山勢險峻,務必注意安全。It is recommended to wear cross-country running shoes, gloves and bring a walking sticks in participating.

  • 所有參加者需要上載地標打咭照片至大會指定網址作為紀錄之用。For our results recording, all participants are required to upload the photographs at all the checkpoints to the designated website of the event.

  • 建議參加者沿著大會路線進行活動前,先了解路線資料,同時下載GPX檔案至手機或手錶。作導航用途。完成里數不得少於大會路線所定的里數。如發現不依照大會指定路線完成,大會有權不給予任何獎項。Participants are recommended to study the route data and download GPX files to their mobile phones or watches before the event starts for navigational purposes. The number of miles completed shall not be less than the number determined by the organizer. If one was found his/ her route did not follow the organizer’s designated route. The Organizer has the right to not grant the prized gift.unning Time)。

  • 參加者須依照指示路線一次完成或分段完成活動,並須在活動日期內完成及上載資料,參加者參與次數不限,惟只可上載紀錄一次。主辦單位理解不同手錶及手機所記錄的路線及距離有所差異,在核實成績將有一定程度的彈性處理。
    Participants need to finish the whole course on one occasion or by segments and upload the result before the deadline. The number of trials is unlimited, however participants can only upload the race record for one time. The Organizer understands the route and time recorded by different watches or mobiles will be different. In regards to verification of results, it will be handled with some degree of flexibility.

  • 請勿在惡劣天氣進行該活動,請密切留意天文台報告。

  • Pay attention to the weather at all times. Check the weather observatory for forecasts in advance. Should not ever start the race under any extreme weather condition. 

  • 如走錯賽道,不足一公里將會在總成績加時一分鐘,參加者亦可選擇重跑。

Overtime implementation occurs when runners run into the wrong route, one minute per km. Less than one km counts as one minute. Runners may choose to re-do the race.

It is highly recommended to bring along the following equipment during the race.

 

  • 手提電話 Mobile Phone

  • 頭燈或電筒 Headlamp/ Torch (at least 1 sets with spare batteries)

  • 哨子 Whistle

  • 容量不少於2公升的水袋或水壺 Water Bag/ Bottle not less than 2L

  • 足夠食糧/能量棒 Food / Energy Bar

  • 密封袋(放置個人垃圾)Zip Bag (for waste disposal)

  • 號碼布 Number bib

  • 八達通/適量現金 Octopus card/ Cash

  • 防曬用品 Sunscreen

  • 太陽眼鏡/太陽帽 Sunglasses / Hat

  • 替換衣襪 Changing clothes

  • 防風/防水外套 Windproof / waterproof jacket

  • 救護包 First-aid Kit

  • 口罩數個 masks

On-The-Trail Reminders
進行户外運動提示

  • 1. 時刻考慮其他山徑和道路使用者 Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times.

  • 2. 過馬路或在道路上跑步,請格外留神 Take great care when crossing or running on roads.

  • 3. 如果遇上其他山徑使用者受傷或遇險,請在自己能力範圍內提供協助 If another trail user is injured or in distress please assist.

  • 4.請確保帶備足夠的食物和飲料,並有足夠的保暖和防水衣服。強烈建議攜帶濾水器在緊急情況下使用 Ensure adequate food and drink at all times and adequate warm and waterproof clothing.  It is strongly advisable to bring along a water filter in case of emergency.

  • 5.  請緊記「山野無痕」,不要亂扔垃圾、走捷徑、破壞動植物或利用代步交通工具完成路線 Please remember Leave No Trace. Littering, short cuts, damage to flora or fauna, or use of any transport other than your own 2 feet are all prohibited. 

  • 6. 享受這趟大嶼山之旅 Enjoy and have fun!

  • What are the technical steps that I need to take?上載軌跡紀錄步驟

  • Register online 網上登記 

  • Receive an edit code 收到編輯代碼 

  • Make sure your gps watch battery lasts sufficiently long for your session 請確保您的定位手錶有足夠的電源直至跑步結束為止 

  • Go to start of the route, take a photo and start tracking with your gps watch 前往起點拍照,並開始使用定位手錶進行追踪 

  • At various points along the route take another photo (all photos should include face and local landmark). Exact points to be notified in due course. 在特定路標處拍照 (所有照片需包括您的面部和當地地標)。路標位置將稍後公佈。

  • Arrive at finish, stop tracking with your watch and take a photo 到達終點,停止您的手錶追踪並拍照 

  • Upload your track to the gps watch manufacturer’s web site 將您的路線上載到定位手錶製造商的網站 

  • Go to the Results Entry page to enter your elapsed finish time and your edit code 前往成績上載頁面,輸入您的完成時間和編輯代碼 

  • Enter the link to your track and upload the photos 輸入您的路線連結及上載照片 

  • Check that your unranked result is displayed on the results page 在成績頁面上,檢查是否顯示您未排名的成績 

  • Wait for results verification to see your ranked result 等待結果驗證以查看您的成績

  • Can I participate without a GPS watch? 可不用定位手錶

  • Although theoretically it is possible to track an activity using an app (such as Strava) on your smartphone, please keep in mind that it reduces the battery’s discharge rate significantly while running such an app.  Therefore, you should not use a phone app to track your activity as it is unlikely that the battery will last for the entire duration of the activity (except where it is only for a few hours).

  • Liability and Insurance 責任和保險

  • Each participant is responsible for his / her own health and safety and also the GPS / tracking system. 

  • We highly recommend that you and your support crew have your own personal accident cover.

  • This is not an official competition or trial, it is an individual activity. Consequently, all participants participate under their own responsibility. Each participant acknowledges that he is responsible for himself and members of his support crew.  

  • Running / hiking requires good training and all registrants declare that they are healthy and fit enough to do so. By subscribing, you expressly agree that the activity is undertaken under your own responsibility. 

  • You expressly agree to release the organization from any and all liability in connection with your athletic activities and you also agree that in no event shall the organization be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with Tiger Race virtual Race.

  • 每位參加者必須對自己的健康和安全,以及GPS/跟踪系統負上全部責任。

  • 我們強烈建議您和您的支援隊伍成員購買自己的人身意外傷害保險。

  • 彌·澳並非一項官方比賽或計時測驗,而是個人活動。因此,所有參加者均須對自己的行動和參與承擔全部責任。每位參加者亦須承認他對自己和他的陪行者或支援隊伍成員負責。

  • 進行體育活動需要良好的訓練,所有參加者都確認自己健康並且適合參與嶼岳。完成登記即表示您明確並且同意您對自己的活動承擔所有責任。 

  • 您明確同意免除Tiger Race組織者與您的體育活動有關的任何和所有責任,並且您還同意,在任何情況下,該組織均不對您或任何第三方因或與嶼·岳有關而引起的任何直接、間接、偶然、特殊或後果性的損害負責。

  • Complaints 投訴

  • All complaints must be made in writing within 2 days of completion of the course.  Any decision is final and without appeal.

  • 任何投訴必須在完成路程後2天內以書面形式提出。 任何決定均為最終決定,恕不接受上訴。

  • Force Majeure 不可抗力

  • Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event.  A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, protests, commotion, government, military or police action or instruction, strikes, go-slows, lock outs, blockage or disorder, blocked or inaccessible roads or trails, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism. In such an event no refund of the registration fee will be provided.

  • 不可抗力,即發生超出主辦單位所能控制的事件和令舉辦比賽成為不可能,不安全或不切實際的情況。 不可抗力事件包括但不限於天災、戰爭、敵對行為、侵略、叛亂、革命、起義、暴動、示威、騷亂、政府,軍事或警察的行動或指示、罷工、怠工、禁工、阻塞或動亂、堵塞或不能通過道路或山徑、疾病的爆發以及恐怖主義行為和威脅。
