如未能於指定時段內領取選手包及完賽禮品包，可授權他人代為領取，代領人可為多於一人代領取以上禮品，並請準備以下資料作代領安排：

 

If you are unable to collect the Race Pack and/or Finisher Gift Set Collection during the above-mentioned period, you may authorize a representative to collect on your behalf. Please kindly prepare the following information for your representative during collection:

 

  1. 需出示相關參加者的附有號碼布編號確認電郵 Please show the participant's Notification email with Race bib

  2. 登入報名系統顯示號碼布編號的截圖（列印本或電子版本均可）Screen Capture of Log-in system showing the Race bib (Both e-version and printed proof are accepted)

  3. 電子授權表格 E-authiriazation Form（詳情請按以下連結 Please click the following link for details）

  4. 注意：如參賽者未能出示所需資料、逾期或未能於指定限期內領取選手包及完賽禮品包，則將被視作自行放棄領取權利，大會將不另作通知 In the event that a participant fails to collect his/her race pack and/or gift set before the deadline stipulated by the organiser, the participant shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the ace pack and/or gift set. Late redemption will not be accepted. The organiser reserves the absolute rights to handle the related prize.

  5. 選手包及完成禮品均不設退換 Race Pack and Finisher Gift Set are non-refundable

  1. 只限順豐快遞到付 Only limited to SF Express in Cash on Delivery

  2. 參加者需以電郵通知大會選用郵寄服務，並需附上參加者號碼確認之電郵（原信或截圖均可）Participant is required to email the Organiser for choosing the postal service, and please attach the original email or screen capture of the email showing the participant’s number bib.

  3. 須電子簽收確認身份 An E-signature is required by the recipient 

  4. 注意：如未能在指定日期領取選手包或完成禮品，將不會另作通知或處理 In the event that a participant fails to collect his/her race pack and/or gift set before the deadline stipulated by the organiser, the participant shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the ace pack and/or gift set. Late redemption will not be accepted. The organiser reserves the absolute rights to handle the related prize.

分段完成 Segmented completion

參賽者可以自由選擇分段日期，但必須在賽事期間內（2021年10月1日至10月31日）完成及上載紀錄

The time limit of each segment completion is ? hours, total of ? hours. Participants can complete the two segments on any date based on your own choices. However, it is necessary to upload your race record within the race period (1st October - 31th October 2021).
